Make it Happen Monday!

In today’s Dose of Uniqueness:

Make it Happen Monday-

#MakeItHappenMonday  #Celsius #TraderJoes  #CoreChallenge  #AnesheaShali #SupaMegaGreens

Happy Monday.  I started my day off blessed!!!
Read my devotional, cooked my lunch for today (Trader Joes Panko Crusted Tilapia and Oven roasted Zucchini).  I also packed a microwaveable cauliflower mix…just incase I need a little more to hold me over til dinner.
I also just finished my 2nd 30 oz of water (yaaa)  as well as my No Sugar Sparking Grape Rush Celsius Drink.  I have found that Celsius gives me a little burst of energy and also curves my appetite.
Today also marks Day 1 of my girl Aneshea Shali Core Challenge.  I met Aneshea while in DC supporting my goodsis Nicole for her bikini competition.  Aneshea is a fellow military service member (Marine), a competitor, footplayer (yep), trainer and photography… she’s also a meal prep chef!  Can you say a woman of many talents!  I decided to support her as well as motivate and challenge myself by purchasing her core challenge workout.

The plan comes with workouts and a daily meal plan.
Soooo, when I get off work.. the plan is to go for a 2.23 mile jog/walk, the core challenge and some booty work exercises.  Gotta keep the tush tight!  Lol

I’m currently at work writing this, today has been slow (not complaining).

Oh and I ordered Supa Nova Supa Mega Greens.
While researching the product this is what I found from his website: www.SupaMegaFoods.com

Ingredients:
Alfalfa- Alfalfa is high in protein, calcium, plus other minerals, vitamins in the B group, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K. Alfalfa is beneficial in treating disorders related to the digestive tract and the kidneys.
Chlorella- Chlorella gets its name from the high amount of chlorophyl it possesses. Chlorella’s cleansing action on the bowel and other elimination channels, as well as its protection of the liver, helps keep the blood clean. Since chlorella has such a high chlorophyll content, people find chronic bad breath is often eliminated in just a few days on chlorella.
Dandelion- Dandelion leaves contain abundant amounts of vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamins A, C and K, and are good sources of calcium (0.19% net weight), potassium (0.4% net weight) and fair amounts of iron and manganese, higher than similar leafy greens such as spinach. Dandelions are also an excellent source of vitamin H, which is proven to aid in weight loss.
Green Barley- Barley grass is particularly rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, folic acid, and B12; calcium; iron; potassium; and chlorophyll. Unlike most plants, barley grass provides all nine essential amino acids (those which your body can't produce). Barley grass is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to help the body kill cancer cells and overcome a variety of ailments, including acne and ulcers.
Ginger- Ginger may also decrease pain from arthritis, and may have blood thinning and cholesterol lowering properties that may make it useful for treating heart disease. Ginger on an empty stomach is considered an effective cure for congestion, cough and cold.
Spirulina- A complete protein, containing all essential amino acids. It is superior to typical plant protein, such as that from legumes. Spirulina contains vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), vitamin C, vitamin D, & vitamin A”

With all this goodness, I couldn’t resist!
I’ve been trying to be  conscious of what I am putting in my body since this COVID-19 pandemic.
What are some supplements or healthy changes are you making during this pandemic?
Until next time…💕
