It’s okay to Disconnect
Sometimes in life you have to disconnect your mind from your thoughts. I don’t know about you, but I occasionally find myself in my thoughts and feelings way to deep. It’s good to disconnect- go workout, go for a walk, have a cup or tea or coffee and journal… but don’t allow your thoughts to take you down a rabbit hole of self doubt and insecurities.

I am thankful grateful and blessed for the circle of people who uplift me, have patience and that understand me without making it seems as though my thoughts aren’t important 🙌🏾🙏🏽🙌🏾. I am also grateful for growth- to understand and have compassion and patience with people. Everyone will not understand me, and in the words of @iamtabithabrown - that’s their business, very well lol
